If you choose a fixed quota plan, we can pause your data if you reach your limit or you can choose to top up your data on a month to month basis or just continue and pay per additional GB until your next billing cycle when your data resets. You have choices! To avoid paying overages, we suggest you look into an unlimited plan with no overage fees.

At Xplornet, we update our hardware regularly and do not require customers to take any action. Customers’ personal devices, like phones and tablets, may require software updates to operate efficiently. Check your device or hardware settings frequently to ensure that you are up to date.
